Thank you for purchasing tickets to YAKSHA Listening Parties. We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our attendees. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under the conditions outlined below.

We encourage guests to confirm their availability before purchasing tickets.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled, full refunds (including ticket fees) will be issued, drop a text at @imo.alvin on INSTAGRAM.

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be able to Use their existing tickets for the new date.

We reserve the right to alter the performance schedule without prior notice.

3. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for delays, partial performances, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Public health emergencies

4. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before the event for assistance.
